Head Chef
Lead our kitchen operations, develop innovative seasonal menus, and inspire a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional dishes.
- 5+ years culinary experience required
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Culinary degree or equivalent preferred
Restaurant Manager
Oversee daily restaurant operations, manage front and back-of-house staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive business performance goals.
- 3+ years restaurant management experience
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Experience with POS and inventory systems
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
Line Cook
Prepare and cook menu items according to Cafe Rio recipes and standards. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and assist the head chef during peak service.
- 1+ year kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Food handler certification (or willing to obtain)
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Server / Waitstaff
Deliver warm, attentive service to every guest, take and deliver orders accurately, and contribute to the inviting atmosphere Cafe Rio is known for.
- Previous serving experience a plus
- Friendly, positive, and guest-focused attitude
- Strong communication and memory skills
- Flexible availability including weekends
Barista & Café Specialist
Craft exceptional espresso drinks, specialty teas, and café beverages. Engage with guests to create the warm, welcoming café experience our caferio regulars love.
- Barista experience preferred (will train)
- Passion for coffee and specialty beverages
- Excellent customer interaction skills
- Attention to detail and consistency
Dishwasher / Kitchen Assistant
Support kitchen operations by maintaining a clean and organized workspace, washing dishes and equipment, and assisting the culinary team as needed.
- No prior experience necessary
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Team player with a positive attitude
